Aurora Blade Canada Return and Refund Policy:

Fulfilment / Shipping Location: 

Your item may be dispatched from either our warehouse in China or our facility in Canada, based on availability and the shortest fulfillment time. If you have a preference for shipping from a specific warehouse, please feel free to send us a message or an email with your request. Please ensure compliance with your local laws regarding the knives you wish to purchase, as we cannot assume responsibility for items seized by customs authorities. Additionally, please note that any customs duty incurred during the import of knives will be the customer's responsibility.

Return Process:

At Aurora Blade Canada, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you find yourself not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. You have a 7-calendar-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the packaging. Return/Warranty Policy:

Aurora Blade Canada assures that our knives are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our representatives will promptly address any issues by repairing or replacing the item at no additional cost. In cases of replacement, we may provide the same model or an equivalent one. Please note the following:

  • The original knife must be sent to our designated address for replacement.
  • Repairs by entities other than Aurora Blade Canada will void the knife's warranty.
  • Alterations made to the knife will nullify the warranty.
  • Knives misused, e.g., for throwing, are not covered for repairs.

For any warranty-related concerns, please contact our Aurora Blade Canada representatives. Knives returned for warranty work that is determined not to be caused by the manufacturer will not be accepted. Damages such as blade or edge issues, breakage from throwing or dropping, chipped edges or serrations, damage from improper sharpening, neglect-induced rust, or other blade-related problems are not eligible for blade replacement.

If any hardware is missing, kindly contact our representatives for replacements.

Return for Repair Shipping:

Customers are accountable for the shipping costs when returning items to us. If the return falls outside the scope of our warranty, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Conversely, for returns covered by the warranty, we will handle the expenses associated with shipping the replacement or repaired item back to you.

 

Return for Refund Process:

Customers are accountable for the shipping costs when returning items to us. Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and promptly notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment. The timeline for credit returned to your original payment method varies based on your card issuer’s policies, typically within 3-10 business days.

If a customer refuses a package due to additional fees or any other reason, Aurora Blade will issue a refund, excluding any freight, taxes and Paypal process fee, upon receiving the returned package and confirming the return of all originally shipped goods. Customer bears responsibility for any incurred shipping fees.
